Hot Power Vinyasa Classes

Classes are heated to 99°F

Hot Power Vinyasa

This is Yoga Nyla’s signature class. It is a creative, dynamic, flow-based practice. Each class is designed to meet you where you are while helping you find your personal edge.

Each class is a combination of intentional elements that create a holistic experience such as:

  • long, deep, yin postures to help you focus on meditation and calm your nervous system
  • the practice of “one breath, one movement” which creates a dance-like, flow
  • long holds in yang postures which help you build strength and endurance
  • training in the anaerobic threshold at the peak of class which increases strength like nothing else
  • breathwork

Hot Power Vinyasa feels both challenging and grounding. Classes are heated to 99°F.

Slow Flow + Yin

This class is for the days you need movement that feels like care. We'll begin with a slow, intentional flow to gently warm the body, then melt into yin postures that invite stillness and deep release.

The final 10 minutes of sound healing will guide you into rest and integration, so you leave feeling softer in your body and steadier in your mind.

Join Cassey Thursdays at 9am.

Non-heated Yoga Classes

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a simple practice. We settle into a pose for 3-7 minutes and slowly relax our muscles to allow our deeper connective tissues to be stretched, stimulated, and strengthened.

This style of practice encourages us to listen to our bodies and lead ourselves into a shape that follows the natural contours of our spine, pelvis, and hips.

Yin Yoga is a restorative and meditative practice which can be challenging for someone who has a hard time sitting still. If that’s you, then this may be the perfect class for you!

We often see Yin Yoga students get the result of a more relaxed body, calmer nervous system, and decreased anxiety while in class.

Meditation: Cultivate Mindfulness and Ease

Step away from the noise and reconnect with your inner stillness. This weekly practice is designed to help you cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and return to presence.

A group practice designed to cultivate mindfulness. Through guided exercises and practical tools for bringing mindfulness into daily life, this class offers a calm, supportive space to slow down and realign for the week ahead.

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a music-driven movement practice designed to help you feel fully alive in your body. Through rhythmic flow, primal movement, and deep connection to the beat, you’ll sweat, release, and reconnect with your inner power. This practice is for every-BODY—no experience required. This class is also a non-heated experience!

What to Expect:

  • A dynamic, high-energy class set to beat-driven music
  • Intuitive, expressive movement that integrates mind and body
  • A safe, empowering space to move, feel, and let go

Led by Mary Anne Cox, Certified Advanced Buti Yoga Teacher, RYT-200, and wellness coach. Mary Anne’s teaching blends strength, freedom, and joy—helping students remember the power they already hold within.

Kundalini Yoga

Focused on unlocking your inner vitality, Kundalini combines breathwork, movement, meditation, and chanting to awaken energy at the base of the spine. This is intended to promote clarity, well-being, and heightened awareness.

Each class flows through structured sets of poses, breath patterns, and focus points called kriyas. This supports your body’s natural rhythms. In a Kundalini class you'll alternate between moments of active effort and relaxation allowing you to observe the change of sensation in your body.

While all forms of yoga focus on moving energy through the body, each one is a different recipe to get you there.

Kundalini is a yoga practice that is unheated and includes intervals of dynamic movements followed by sitting still with your eyes closed.

This practice is for everyone.
