Diana Vitantionio has been teaching yoga for 26 years and is the founder of Yoga Nyla. She is a lifelong entrepreneur and senior yoga teacher who has trained hundreds of yoga teachers. Diana has stood out in her career with her ability to sell out the classroom. She is known for her unique combination of physical competency, story-telling, profound wisdom, and curated playlists that make for an unmatched experience.
In addition to owning Yoga Nyla, Diana teaches empowerment to her women’s groups, “The High Voltage Life” based on her book by the same name. She is passionate about creating experiences where her students can feel alive and experience joy.
In her free time, Diana travels with her partner and cozies up to the fire with her sweet pup, Fee. She is a disciplined athlete, a devoted student, and an advocate for the power of self-esteem in overcoming life’s obstacles.
