Why I Practice or Teach Yoga
Yoga has taught me how to trust myself. It has humbled me, and it’s shown me that no matter what I face, I’m strong enough to keep going. That’s why I teach, to help others feel that same sense of strength and self-trust within themselves. It’s not easy. But that’s the point. It’s a practice. And it’s exactly why I love yoga.
My Favorite Part of Class
The edge. I love pushing people to the point where they want to give up, then showing them how capable they are of continuing to fight. That's where growth happens.
