Why I Practice or Teach Yoga
I’ve been sober since 2010, and I like to say, “Sobriety saved me, but yoga brought me home.” Beyond the physical practice, yoga invites us into the deeper work, learning who we are beneath the noise. It’s one of the few places where I feel completely present, and it’s an honor to share that experience with others.

The integration. That moment when we slow down, arrive in our bodies, and connect with our breath before everything else begins.
